    Holistic health is rooted in the philosophy of supporting the body as a whole- mind, body, and spirit- through natural and integrative wellness practices. Complementary and alternative modalities such as holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, and massage therapy work synergistically to promote balance and optimal well-being.

    As an herbalist, my journey into formulating "potions" began with both curiosity and reverence for nature's wisdom. Through continued education and hands-on experience, I discovered that the most powerful tools for healing and restoration are already provided by Mother Nature. My approach blends intuitive, heart-centered care with evidence-based practices.

   Adri's Potions was created within the heart of our family, inspired by a desire to support everyday discomforts naturally and reduce dependence on products containing synthetic chemicals and toxins that may disrupt long-term health. Each formulation is crafted with intention, integrity, and respect for the body's innate ability to restore balance.

   All products are handcrafted in small batches in New Braunfels, Texas, ensuring optimal quality, freshness, and potency.

   While we do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions, our herbal supplements and aromatherapy blends are thoughtfully formulated based on traditional herbalism and current evidence to support normal body functions and promote energetic harmony,   

   We encourage clients to consult with their healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or managing a health condition that may be contraindicated with certain herbs or essential oils.
